A native of South Carolina, I was born in Anderson and grew up in Aiken. After graduating form the University of South Carolina-Aiken in 1995, I attended and graduated form the George Washington University with a Masters of Arts degree. I worked for a national trade association in their Public Policy department as Manager of State Relations. After six years of being in Washington, DC, I decided to move back to my home state of South Carolina. You can say, I kind of fell into mortgage lending. I worked for my brother-in-law as a mortgage consultant in Aiken before moving to Beaufort. Upon moving to Beaufort I opened a little gift and paper shop downtown. I sold it after deciding to go back into mortgage lending. I really do have a passion for helping people and was impressed at what New South Mortgage had to offer its employees and its clients. Sheri Little brings 11 years of sales and marketing experience to her new position and is a 2002 graduate of Leadership Beaufort. She has served in the community as membership director of the Regional Beaufort Chamber of Commerce, on the Board of Directors of the Lady's Island Business and Professional Association and as a coordinator for the annual Beaufort Water Festival. A native of San Diego, Calif., Little lived in Beaufort from 1989 to 1992, and then returned in 1995 with her husband and two children to make Lady's Island her permanent home. "I care deeply about Beaufort’s people, environment and quality of life," says Little. "I may not be a native of Beaufort, but every day I wake up and am joyful that I live in such a beautiful, historic Southern town."

With more than 30 years experience in real estate investment, financing, and flipping properties, as well as sales, Christian brings his customers seasoned advice during the loan process. His responsibilities include providing residential, commercial and refinancing loans in the Beaufort office. Christian holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Florida International University. Born in Strasburg, France, and raised in South Jersey, he now resides on Lady’s Island with his wife, Cheryl, and their daughter Christin. In his free time, Christian enjoys acquiring real estate as well as boating.
